To maintain the premium quality of your hair extensions, please follow this step by step guide:

  • Use Sulphate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner.

  • Always apply heat protection before styling, whether your hair is wet or dry.

  • Use a lightweight, clear based nourishing hair oil every day.

  • Protect hair on sunbeds, use a scarf, cap, or specially designed hair wrap to shield your hair.

  • If you plan to swim, ensure your hair is tied up and avoid direct contact with chlorinated water.

Can I return my items?

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
