**Returns Policy**

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

1. **Return Window**
You have **14 days** (2 weeks) from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund.

2. **Condition for Returns**
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. **Hair products can only be returned if they have not been taken out of their ties** for hygiene reasons. If the product has been unwrapped or used, we are unable to accept a return.

3. **Refund Process**
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. **Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
